I am a Hendrickson Method Practitioner, working in the client’s home or at a venue in the community.

I am also a qualified Pilates Instructor, and teach Pilates matwork to small groups in local community venues.

Her (Rachel’s) Hendrickson technique therapy was a real revelation. I have previously tried deep massage and physiotherapy this was much gentler and much more effective. I didn’t feel like I’d been assaulted but relaxed and in less pain. Fantastic. Problem greatly improved after only a couple of sessions plus exercises to be done at home. Try it for yourself.

From my first session of Hendrickson manual therapy I couldn’t believe how much more movement I gained in my hips, pelvis and legs. I had felt so stiff and restricted in my movement for over 3 years and thought it was just something I was going to have to deal with as physio sessions never really solved my issues. I genuinely couldn’t believe the difference Hendrickson with Rachel has made in such a short space of time in releasing tight muscles. The Hendrickson manual therapy combined with weekly Pilates classes have really improved my strength and stability for cycling and everyday life.
