James is a qualified Sports Therapist/Fitness Consultant, as well as Hendrickson Method® Practitioner.
He has been working for over 20 years as a Sports and Soft Tissue Manipulation Therapist, and has vast experience of treating a wide variety of conditions. From everyday aches and pains such as lower back pain, spine, neck and shoulder problems, as well as experience of treating more complex sporting injuries.

At Track 1 Fitness we endeavor to provide a complete service from assessment to treatment to rehabilitation, working with the patient to restore health and normal function.
