LCSP Register Annual General Meeting

The LCSP Register AGM will be held on Saturday 15th June at 11:00. The difference is that this year the Annual General Meeting will take place online via Zoom.

The Board hope that this online move will encourage more members to attend and participate in this meeting.

All are welcome to attend and participate.

  1. The President’s opening address.
  2. Apologies for absence.
  3. To receive the Reports and financial statements for the year ended 31st. December 2023. A copy of the reports and statutory accounts can be found by clicking the button below.
  4. To re-appoint Bemment Cooper as reporting accountants to the LCSP Register until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
  5. Elections: To re-elect Mr. M.R. Eyres as President.
  6. Elections: Council of Management: ( Note 2 below ). 
    To confirm re-election of S.G. Foster and J Revell to the Board    
  7. Any other business already notified to the Secretary.
