These 3 hour workshops are designed as an ‘introductory’ to TFH level 1, a sharing of the exercises and techniques to help support your own positive health and wellbeing, as well as others.

Learning how to give TFH “Balance”, may help to improve posture, re-align energies and help reduce physical and mental tension and pain. This promotes the general feeling of “positive health and wellbeing”.
