This two-day workshop will review Hendrickson Method soft tissue mobilisation and joint mobilisations.
The aims of the two days will be
- To create deeper soft precision with our soft tissue mobilisations
- To further investigate the usefulness of Mets
- To gain a deeper understanding of the fascial connections and implications when considering treatment plans
- Review treating such conditions as thoracic out syndrome, rotator cuff dysfunction, frozen shoulder, joint capsulitis.
This workshop is open to therapists and movement practitioners: physiotherapists, massage therapists, Pilates and yoga teachers, chiropractors and osteopaths.
This workshop will contribute to 16 hours of CPD training and costs £320.
