This training programme, for certification, is made up of a three day Introduction (21hrs) followed by four, four day workshops (29hrs each), totalling a 137hrs in training.
The training is open to all remedial massage therapists, sports therapists, and others certified in movement therapies.
After completion of the three day introduction, the programme is divided into four sections.

Upper Quadrant Level One: date 2nd to the 5th February 2013
• In this section, we will cover the musculoskeletal and neurological system within the Thoracic and Cervical spine, Shoulder girdle, Arm, Wrist and Hand.
• Understanding the use of soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy technique and joint mobilization within a treatment
• Explore the function and dysfunction related to the upper quadrant
• Deepening the refinement of The Wave Mobilization® stroke
Lower Quadrant Level One: 16th to the 19th May 2013
• In this section, we will cover the musculoskeletal and neurological system within the Lumbar spine, Hip, Knee, Leg, Ankle, and Foot
• Understanding the use of soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy technique and joint mobilization within a treatment
• Explore the function and dysfunction related to the lower quadrant
• Deepening the refinement of The Wave Mobilization® stroke
Upper Quadrant Level Two: 28th Sept to the 1st October
• In this section, we will cover the musculoskeletal and neurological system within the Thoracic and Cervical spine, Shoulder girdle, Arm, Wrist and Hand.
• We will refine our stroke to address deeper structures of the musculoskeletal system, i.e. Ligament, Joint Capsule and Tenoperiosteal sites.
• We will sharpen assessment skills, to enable a clearer understanding in the development of treatment plans
• We investigate pattern of muscular dysfunction and the neurological basis behind them
Prerequisite: Completion of Upper Quadrant Level One
Lower Quadrant level Two: 1st to the 4th February 2014
• In this section, we will cover the musculoskeletal and neurological system within the Lumbar spine, Hip, Knee, Leg, Ankle, and Foot.
• We will refine our stroke to address deeper structures of the musculoskeletal system, i.e. Ligament, Joint Capsule and Tenoperiosteal sites.

Prerequisite: Completion of Lower Quadrant Level One
At the close of each four day workshop there will be a 20 question short answer quiz.
Also a short practical assessment, in pairs with another student, to ensure that there are no misunderstood strokes and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
